At Lapaine, we take great pride in the production and care that goes into each piece. Because many of our garments are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we are unable to accept returns.
However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. We’re pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items, so you can find the size, color or style that suits you best EXCEPT UNDERWEAR and SOCKS for hygiene reasons.
If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please reach out to our Client Services team within 4 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, animal hair, smoke or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging.

Final Sale items are NON EXCHANGEABLE. Final Sale items include anything on Sale, Undergarments and Black Friday discounted items.

Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 17 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
Shipping is non refundable.
